The K-M2 counts the number of frames taken and the duration of the shot material. The frame and time counter values can be stored in the memory, to be retrieved for future use and to continue shooting from these values on. The device also boasts a frame rate (frames per second) measurement.
Connecting to various cameras or other equipment is possible with a suitable connection cable or adapter. When ordered separately, the cable can be fitted with a dedicated connector suitable for the camera or other equipment. Also a power connector can be included in the cable; this makes it possible to use an external power supply in the place of a battery.
